All is Lost

What’s most impressive here, in some ways, is how much one man can do for himself even when he’s lost at sea and all is going to hell around him. There’s also a refreshing aspect to watching this film: since there is basically no dialogue, nothing is explained for the viewer. Anyone watching need to figure everything out for himself, and that makes for a very engaging, engrossing experience.
