Snow White and the Huntsman

I dug it, more than I thought I would. The filmmakers hit all of the right fairy tale marks, and do it with just enough of their own stamp and style to make a very archetypal story seem fairly original. The cast is good in their roles, even the eternally dumped upon Kristen Stewart, who maybe deserves a bit more respect than she’s getting. All in all, a good trip to fantasyland.
