
A one-note movie? Somewhat, but it's a note played with so many nuances
and personal styles it doesn't grow tiresome. There are a few duds in
terms of delivery, but the good tellings of the "jokester's joke" are
worth the price of admission alone. Remember the obvious caveat: the
language is as filthy as humanly possible, so no wilting flowers,
please. And be sure to watch it with a lot of other people--a crowd
setting will heighten the laughter.
